He needs to give up his idea of winnig a welter weight tittle bc after today it is evident that he strugles to make even 150. He could hurt himself trying to drain himself. He should should just whipe out the brits. Starting with hatton tomorow and then defend his belt againts rhodes. If he does this i think he will be a real champ not a paper one. People need to hold off on the hate until his first defence of the tittle if he fights a bum he should get all the heat in the world but if he fights some one like rhodes he needs to get respect.

I always thought he looked too big for his age and height. He is indeed that big. If he struggles to make 150 in 2 years he would have to move to MW. After that he might be SMW by age 27-28, and maybe LHW by the end of his career. -

Its pretty obvious that alvarez is going to be fighting at 154 in his immediate future and being that he is so young he will probably end up at 160.After seeing him get rocked by a career lw I would say that its just a matter of time before he fights a big puncher at one of these weights and then gets stopped.Comment

He is only 20 and can't make 150. No way he'll ever fight at 147 in the future. I see him having trouble making 154 in 2-3 years especially if hes a big success and wants to move up to collect bigger paydays. I think he'll end his career at LHW.Comment
