I can see your point, but i also think Maidana deserves a nice payday he always puts on exciting fights.

And beating Morales will make him more well known, the casual fans won't care about Erik being washed up they will just see a victory over a big name.

I'm sure after this fight he will fight a top light Welterweight , he might even rematch Ortiz for the Welterweight title if Ortiz beats Berto.

maidana has a murderous look in his eyes always, it's crazy. he looks like he's coked out of his mind but super calm and relaxed, i've never seen anyone with that look in their eyes that WASN'T one some type of drug. I AM NOT SAYING MAIDANA IS ON DRUGS, i'm saying the only other comparison is that of someone on drugs or maniac serial killer.

there was another video of maidana during training some fights ago and he was drinking a coffee or hot tea or something to that nature and he had a look in his eyes that was cold and hollow, dude is scary....... he fricken awesome and good for boxing......
