mayorga-piccirillo

neither pacquiao or margarito had done anything of much note at 154.

forrest had 3 fights coming after a 2 year layoff. deserving of a title shot?

and he was fighting baldomir for it. whose most recent fight was when he lost his title at 147.

before that the other vacant title fight for the wbc at 154 was mayorga-piccirillo.

mayorga was coming off a loss to tito at 160 and was 1-2 in his last 3.
