Yeah with pressure you can always get your bill reduced. Sometimes I do it, other times I don't. For me it's usually not worth the effort of being on the phone for a half hour or more.

Ah. Directv doesn't have online chat, and I know they never give away HBO like some other providers do. You can get deals on your basic package, HD add ons, Showtime and Starz but never on HBO.

It's a good idea though to save some money.

I think it is called hbo boxing after dark where it show cases upcoming fighters. So far it has shown some pretty good fights.
