hey there im new here and i don't know if i am posting in the right section but anyway i have been getting back in shape for the summer and im just wondering if boxing would be a good way to lose weight. if so would it also require for women to lift weights or just stick with the boxing as a cardio? thanks in advance. peace! oh and more questions to come. =)

ye boxing is great cardio,its not required that you weight lift but you would benefit and lose more weight if you weight lift. -
the thing is im not really a fan of weight lifting because im petite and don't want to get bulked up. i actually was scanning through the sections here and i posted at the training section about the spartacus workout. which do you think would be better for women, boxing or the spartacus workout? thanks hun!Comment

easiest way to lose weight is to maintain a diet. Boxing doesn't guarentee you a nice body. it's all in the diet. BTW I hope you are a girl and not a dude with a username like thatComment

well i think my diet is good. i eat healthy as much as i could. my only problem is that it's always girl's night out on saturdays and we tend to party that's why lately i haven't been to the gym and i gained some weight. oh you don't have to worry if im a guy. 100% girl here but i can kick ass. haha. kidding luv!Comment
