Why not just have the fight in Montreal? Boxing is big in the city and Showtime has had a lot of recent fights there.

Im not to sure how that would work. A.A has to knock out Ward to draw on points with him, therefore Froch would need a KO to as well if that happened

Then Ward & A.A would be on 6 points each and Froch would be on 7. But i would assume Ward would go through as he would only have one loss and A.A would have two.

Its the Semis now, so whoever wins advances to the final.

Let me tell u something,Ward would rather fight Froch instead of Glen, in my opinion Froch is an easier fight than Glen.Look at the Bika fight,it was a hard fight for Ward,Glen is a better pressure fighter than Bika or Froch.

If Ward tops the year off with a win over the Froch/Johnson winner, he's arguably the greatest SMW ever.

oh thanks I was confused about that, I always thought the whole hitler chamberlin churchhill thing was a civil dispute. I don't really need civic lessons on the boxing page.

Distance does matter. As both fighters must travel, deal with jet lag, sleep in hotels and workout in new gyms. The culture means nothing. Plus why you crying about a fight in VEGAS? Where would you like it? Nottingham? maybe greenland, is that nuetral enough for ya? If your boy didn't lose maybe it could of went down at buckingham palace........though they are busy with that ridiculous billion dollar masquerade your island plans on paying for.

And ward would beat froch's a$$ anywhere on the planet.............

Agreed, he'll also rise to the upper P4P ranks if he takes the tournament crown.

whats up rome! gotta disagree with you on this one. i see ward by ud over froch. i would not be upset if froch won though. i have to see if froch can get by the "road warrior" first. if froch out boxes glen(whos doing a good b-hop impression)that will say a lot about froch. ward has such a fantastic arsenal its hard to go against him. i would have went with dirrell in a toss up match.

That's the way it should be. Americans have earned the benefit of the doubt for what they have contributed to this sport.

SRR, SRL, Ali, Louis. What has Britain contributed? Ricky Hatton and Joe Calzaghe?

Damn, sorry boys that was below the belt.
