    A hypthetical scenario...

Let's say that during the first negotiations, Pac and Floyd were trying to agree on a purse split. They're going back and forth with different percentages and eventually, Pac settles on a 60/40 split in his favor. *Floyd declines this offer, and offers a 55/45 split in Pac's favor. Pac declines this counter offer thus killing the fight negotiations. A few months later, they try to re-negotiate again and Floyd says to Pac, "Ok, I'll take the 60-40 split, lets fight". This time, Pac says that old offer is off the table, now *he wants a 70/30 split this time or the fight doesn't happen. Then he decides to go on vacation and he tells everyone that he's not even thinking about boxing right now. Unless Floyd accepts the new demand, we're not gonna fight.

Would you think that Pac was trying to avoid the fight?

No. I would think he's one hell of ****** businessman. 70/30? Floyd didn't ask for that much, what makes Manny that much more special?

All you did was substitute the money split for the drug testing. And Manny has held out before for not getting what he wanted on the money side of fighting. Have we forgot about the Pacquaio-Hatton negotiations?

Thats exactly what I did. Floyd changed the original negotiation point once Pac agreed to it. He's basically dangling the carrot in front of Pac.

Stop lying dude. If you don't like Floyd, cool, I have no problem with who you like. But, don't just flat out lie. Floyd moved off of the 14 day offer once Manny declined and went on to fight Clottey not WHEN Manny "agreed" to it. This article from February 2010. Manny didn't "agree" until June or July I believe.

Mayweather’s last offer on a fight negotiated to a 50-50 split -- with $25 million each, plus pay-per-view percentages -- was a 14-day window before the fight with no blood testing.

I gave him a chance, up to 14 days out. But my new terms are all the way up to the fight. They can come get us whenever, all the way up to the fight, random drug test. That’s what it is,” Mayweather said.
