It would have to be Pac. Who else is active right now that deserves that title more than him?
I could have very well been Floyd, but Floyd chooses to instead retire after every fight. -

It is Pacquiao. But Mayweather and Pacquiao's names have become so linked together that you can not mention one of their names without the other being brought up. But Pacquiao is the face of Boxing right now.Comment

it's floyd because no matter where he is, no matter how long he's off, his name always pops up everywhere--manny is way more popular than floyd but when floyd fights, it's an event at this stage--which is why he still holds the ppv buyrate records---
then manny next of course because he is active, but make no mistake about it folks---floyd is the face of boxing---he gets talked about more than any other fighter, whether positive or negative---Comment

100% right. Pacquiao is the name that the average sports fan who gets all his opinions from ESPN thinks of when he thinks of boxing, but then immediately afterwards, he thinks "isn't he supposed to fight Floyd Mayweather?" Even if he's never seen either of them fight, it's Pacquiao then Mayweather directly after.Comment

Pac is obviously the face of boxing. He's become an international icon. Floyd has been reduced to staging publicity stunts in order to stay relevant.Comment
