Maybe some fighters first big fight is against a p4p and they win like with Raheem. Raheem also beat Juarez.

Taylor beat Marquez (solid), Joppy (solid) and beat the pound for pound king. People were talking as if Taylor would need to wait it out til Hopkins retired before he can claim the division. Nope, he took Hopkins on and beat him. Thats why hes p4p.

aside from hopkins, whos taylor beat?
aside from morales, whos raheem beat?

im not saying either of them suck, but they shouldnt be in the p4p list simply because of one win.

Joppy isnt a pushover and marquez isnt a bum. People were expecting Taylor to take over the division after Hopkins the p4p king left... he took it on early too.

joppy has lost to every name opponent hes faced (except a bull**** decision over eastman).

          likewise for marquez.

and the only reason taylor won was because Duane Ford is one of the worst judges in the history of judging.

scoring the last round for taylor when EVERYBODY scored the last round of hopkins... what a ****ing ******.

              I disagree.

Juarez was dominating Raheem early in the fight and then shut it down with the win in the bag. Raheem was penalized 3 points for holding, which he did do but it wasn't severe. However, saying that Raheem should have got the win is not right at all. Raheem was getting his ass handed to him in the early rounds and was dropped by Juarez. After that, Juarez had a big lead and Raheem kept getting penalized. So Juarez played it safe and went on to an easy decision.

With the points taken away, no way Raheem wins, and even without them I thought Juarez won enough rounds early to take it 7-5

I think if we made a poll, most would say Raheem won that fight with or without the terrible ref.

I've read comments from a few people who have sounded like they think Raheem won only because they've heard others say that (not talking about you bro).

I watched this fight again reccently, and Juarez really did win enough rounds early. Even without the points taken away he should have had the edge, especially with the knock down.

Either way, there's not much creedence is saying Raheem beat Juarez in a discussion about his pound for pound placement.

IMO it's a stretch to say he won that fight. Rocky was a bit better on that night.

Yeah, maybe I was just fired up about this crappy as ref and if you remember the fight, the announcers were bashing the ref. Maybe the announcing made the over heated towards the ref.

                      The ref was very ****ty.

He didn't like Raheem, and that seemed to be why he was taking points away.

Reminded me of some Augustus fights where referees just hate Augustus for some reason.
