Agreed. It's a terrible matchup as of now. Things would have to change dramatically for it to be a good matchup.

I still think Mayweather would have too much of a tactical advantage right now. Khan needs to improve his defense and adaptability but he's getting there slowly. Perhaps this time next year the fight might be much more viable, assuming Khan continues improving and eventually feels strong at 147lb in his first fight there. His intention to face Mayweather when he's ready demonstrates a level of maturity within Khan which is a sign he's absorbing the experience gained with every fight, acknowledging that Mayweather's skill set is like nothing he's experienced before.

Khan is ready for Gayweather right now. Maybe not PPV wise but skill wise he would be too much for Gayweather. Khan has faster handspeed and better footwork and hes already been hit harder by Maidana than Fraud could ever hit. Khan would literally walk Fraud down and KO him with a bodyshot.

There isnt much shame in losing to someone like Floyd, everyone who has fought him so far has come out with a check and a digit on the wrong side of their record.
he would get knocked out man. With Floyd its not the losing thats the problem but how he would lose. It would be a wipe out and how could he recover mentally.

Three more fights is about another year or so for Khan, right?

Perfect timing, that's probably about when Mayweather will need money and return from vacation. Who knows what Mayweather will be by that point, Khan might make it interesting.

It probably will happen in the future, if the Manny fight doesn't come off.

As others have said, Floyd will need some money soon LOL

Roger and Floyd Sr weren't at Khan - Maidana for no reason, and as Roger stated recently, he doesn't really watch fights anymore.
