The guy started his career at 122 and 121 weight class. He fought some of the best at 122 and then moved up to 126. Now he moves up and fights at 135 after fighting at 121 just in 2000. He had a bad night, Raheem was obviously smaller in height, but much bigger in body mass. Just cause he lost a fight on an off night doesn't mean anything. He will still go down in the hall of fame. So give him a break for pushing his limits and not succeding. As for bumping him off the p4p, that is extreme and ******. I'd still consider Barrera and Morales at top 5.
Give Erik Morales a break

Good post I agree,it is like nobody can have a bad night.much credit to Raheem but he still has a few more big fights to win before he is considered great.Originally posted by enadeusThe guy started his career at 122 and 121 weight class. i agree that morales had a bad night and still has good fights left in him i don't think he is shot at all ...but raheem's style is bad for morales he was not able to do anything in there all the movement and speed really had him bothered i honestly think that if he fought raheem a 100 times he would loose 99 times i belive that raheem is what junior jones was to barerra .Comment

I was glad to see morales lose. he's a classless punk. I'll never forget his ridiculous outburst after bararra whooped him in there last fightOriginally posted by enadeusThe guy started his career at 122 and 121 weight class. I was saying the exact same thing when Pac started campaigning for 126 to fight Barrera (Pac started his career at 108). Maybe he was biting off more than he could chew. I was wrong.Originally posted by enadeusThe guy started his career at 122 and 121 weight class. He fought some of the best at 122 and then moved up to 126. This was setback for Morales, but I'm pretty sure he will get the elusive 4th title in the lightweight division.Comment
