Rios deserves one big payday fight against a slightly easier opponent after the fight he just had. I cannot believe a fighter takes a tune-up fight after a nip and tuck war and gets **** on for it. Both Khan and Rios earned the right to take on an easier opponent because you know their next fight afterward will be against another tough hombre. Plus, Humberto Soto already ducked him (which is why Rios fought Acosta instead) saying he was hurt but then signed a fight for this week against someone else, one week later than the proposed Rios fight.

Rios was just in a "fight of the year"-type fight. If he was your fighter, would you put him right back into another war?

I wouldn't. It's not fair to him. So, what's the other option? A no-name young fighter? That doesn't make sense either.

Thats a good question. Probably because they arent willing to let go of past glory, but any way you slice it both of them are gonna get massacred. Hopefully they retire after the embarrassing beatings.
