    Marcos René Maidana (29-2, 27KO's) is working very hard with trainer Rudy Perez for the fight with former three division champion Erik Morales on April 9 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. After December's close decision loss to Amir Khan, Maidana replaced his former trainer Miguel Diaz with Perez, who previously trained Morales' ring rival Marco Antonio Barrera.

                          no, i think maidana is going to go easy on him, he won't try to hurt morales too bad, just do enough to win comfortably.
