I saw a interview about the game where the reason Mayweather is not in the game was over they could not meet the demands he wanted.

he must have asked the programmers to random testing all the way through the creation of the game with no cut off then.

You can unlock Mayweather but you may only play him once a year, it was a contract clause between EA and Money May.

Can someone tell me how good the created players are? I don't care about the EA roster, as I mostly played with downloaded user created players in Round 4.
