feedback on the guy with the white headgear. This is the 3rd round of the session I put up a couple of day ago
What Do You All Think About This Sparring Session

He looks very good, just needs to work the jab more and position his hands higher on defense. But he threw punches in combinations, was always on the attack(seems to have good stamina) and went to the body very well.Comment

looks good man. a few times you covered up too quick when a step back counter woulda caught him. do that half a step back, right hand left hook off his jab, youll kill him with it.
stay off the ropes, even if you can run it on the inside you win amatuer fights on the outside.
fast, hard jabs. double, triple change levels.
do that for a round and post it up, he wont be able to touch you. youll have em lookin silly.Comment

Like I told you the last time the body shots look brutal. You didnt have to hit him in the head at all. Seems like the opponent was blinding himself with his guard so use your feet to change the punching angle and its night night.Comment

The footwork is a serious issue. Crossing them alot, getting flat alot, and almost tripping on them at times.
Just my biggest complaint.Comment

watched the first round too.
You gotta sit down on your shots. especially when your coming in. this dude moved back when you stepped in, some dudes will stop and fire. with your head straight leanin you get tagged.
step and slide, dont jump in.
so for the positive you got pop on the punches. makin good contact and working consistently. good speed, strong body punches.
id like to see you throw ALOT more. tight like your coach was saying. when you come forward contolled you do great.
your feet seem to be your best defense, when you move back take smaller steps roll your shouldrs and keep firing.
lets see some fight clips.Comment
