Imagine what Floyd would have done to Morales

Imagine if that was Mayweather in the ring with Morales today...

Morales would have suffered his first TKO loss...

It would've been the repeat of the Gatti fight. i just think it would've been stopped a little later.

It's to bad Mayweather is such an idiot when it comes to the media and contract talks. (see Bernard Hopkins)You can't argue with his ring skills but he is hurting his own career.......And that is why I'd love to see him more than anyone get knocked out.

I believe morales made the mistake of underestimating his opponent the same way mayweather did with castillio the first time. Look for morales to make some adjustments and comeback stronger than before than all the people who like to jump on a fighters bandwagon or jump off after a fight will change there minds. i believe that only a pure pressure fighter can beat mayweather morales isnt it.

                  mayweather/morales

every fighter has a bad night and every fighter has an opponent whose style gives a fighter trouble.

to my eye, morales didn't have what i call his "controlled fire and aggression". he simply didn't know what to do and his corner was no help in making adjustments during the fight.

i give morales his prompts, he realizes that he needs to make some adjustments in his fighting style. all great fighters come to that crossroad during their career.

look at barrera. arter his two losses to junior jones, barrera made adjustments to his style and it not only saved his career, but it made him a better fighter.

i'd also say that morales, either didn't prepare properly or may have looked past raheem. in any case, he didn't cry like a baby over the loss and for that i respect him.

                  he'll be back.
