After reading the article, I was surprised to learn that Showtime was also interested in televising the fight.

All that matters in this fight is that David Lemieux will KO both of them in the future if they fight. David Lemieux is the real deal and the future at middleweight he will smash all his opponents in the future from Rubio to Chavez Jr to Zbik & all the way to Martinez.

Who did Sebastien Zbik win against to get the WBC title. JCC jr is underseving of a title shot. I think Zbik has a decend chance of winning this fight. I also agree with Athletic once David Lemieux gets he shot at the WBC middleweight champion weather it's Zbik or JC jr he'll trash either one Lemieux is the goods. Hopefully in a year or two he could get a shot at the lineal champion at 160 Sergio Martinez.

Well you do know chavez does great ratings right? He just broke the record of foxsports. And it is for a tittle between two undeafeated guys and a step for chavez. But i dont think it should headline maybe an undercard fight would be good.
