But to me it played out the same way with the exception that Acosta was doing a bit of "Mosley" on Rios for a while. If Rios would have held a bit more he would have won. But he took the "Cotto" Route and lost.
Rios even smiled when he was getting rocked too. Acosta let him off the hook a couple of times.
These guys (Cotto and Acosta) need to stop the "machismo" and be smarter and they can win.
Mosley is great example of this.
Too Cotto and Acosta:
Dont try and beat a one dimensional fighter whose only strength is having a hard head and coming forward by doing the same. Boxing backwards and not holding will get most anyone tired.Use your own strengths to win, box, sit on your punches, stop their momentum by holding and breaking up their charge. Before they set, land hard punches and hold. Wait 45 minutes and hold right arm up in victory.
