The kind of guy that will give Canelo some quality rounds as he works toward world class without power enough dent his chin. Not crazy about the free belt, or the move to 154. I think Alvarez has a future, but he should be at WW and he needs another year or two of these type and better fights first. But hey, if he and Chavez Jr can make good money fighting these types of opponents, why not?

I have never seen him fight before, he has some losses to guys I have never heard of but also has some wins against fighters I have seen before and are ok if not great.

Is this a good test for Canelo or one of those where if Alvarez wins but doesn't dominate it may as well have been a loss?
