Luis "El Nica" Concepción (22-1-17 KO's) is getting ready for some tough sparring in preparation for his upcoming fight with Hernán "Tyson" Márquez (29-2-22 KO's). In the next few days, he plans to spar with two tough lefties. He wants to be ready for the strong left hand of Marquez. Concepcion is walking around at 126-pounds, which is 14 above the contracted fight weight. Next week he plans to gradually drop the pounds by the day and doesn't expect any weight issues. The bout is scheduled for April 2 at the Roberto Duran Arena. It's the first defense of the WBA flyweight crown for Concepcion.
