My take on it is that the overall rating isn't the tell all. For example Zab judah is faster than cotto, faster then mosley, moves better then both, is more athletic, etc. But maybe his "heart" sucks. Maybe his chin isn't as good.

When comparing these things I'd like to see all of the attributes, I think that tells the whole story.

Also, in another thread, we were having a discussion that some of the super star fighters probably have inflated ratings. Like david haye, pacquiao, and oscar all probably get a little boost.

i dunno wat system they use but i think they did an overall good job of separating the good fighters from the great ones. my biggest problem is gamboa at 93??? gtfo!!

I don't know, I think they were very unfair to Wlad, and I think Pac (as a welterweight) and Oscar have way too high rankings. The rankings aren't terrible, but looking at a lot of these leaves me confused.

If that's unfair to Wlad then they have committed a crime with Foreman and Lewis.

                  chill out. first of all...
                  1. Its just a game
                  2. There are a lot of stats. how they are distributed can matter much more than the overall average distribution.

certain fighters are always going to be OP anyway.

Ok but Yuriorkis Gamboa is rated the same as SRL and Hagler. Granted, their not in the same weight division, but CMON!
