Hope this becomes a trend...(Weigh ins Live on Showtime/HBO)

Just searching for the Cotto vs Mayorga preview show I've seen bits of on Showtime and the Cotto vs Mayorga weigh in is going to be aired live on Showtime Extreme at 6PM ET the night before the fight. Wish HBO and Showtime would do this with all their major fights.

I hear you that would be awesome. I would also like if HBO did like a 30 minute show once a week or month and just discussed things going on in the world of Boxing.

I think Showtime would do a boxing show before HBO. Showtime has Inside the NFL, Inside NASCAR, and they always do that year in review show.

Yeah I think HBO can make a cool show just have Manny Steward, Max Kellerman, and Larry Merchant just talk Boxing for like 30 minutes and make one for every month I would love to watch that.

it's almost embarrassing HBO doesn't have something like this by now.

Think how awesome it could be not only could they talk about what's going on, recap and future fights they could break major stories/announcements and have guests appear on the show to call out other fighters, etc. it would be so good for the sport.

I know it would be my favorite show on tv. HBO Boxing has to start being a lot more creative and not just air fights but give fans an exclusive inside look at the sport. Like fighters backgrounds/stories, training methods, and strategies going into fights.
