Seckbach had it 2 rounds each after four. That's not really so unreasonable, because the first two rounds were close, and Acosta clearly won rounds 3 and 4.

I usually give rounds to the aggressor..... unless he clearly loses the rround like Rios did in the first 4 against Acosta....

No bro, that was more than just "boxing".... It was clear as day that that was RUNNING..... I remember vividly that Acostal andeda left hook and ran across the ENTIRE ring..... He was literally jogging backwards to get away from Rios' shots.....


And the holding" He should have been penalized for doing it excessively.... How can you sit here and say that what Acosta was doing was"good boxing"?

I disagree completely. Like you said I could see Rios maybe getting round 2, but Acosta was pure class in the first 4 rounds. Round 4 was an absolute beating. He had Rios backing up by the second half of the round. I don't remember any excessive holding. I give a lot of props to Rios for continuing with his game plan because I thought he only had a few more rounds left after 4
