Mayweather proved it by fighting the overwhelming majority of his career under the guidelines of the very commissions hes questioning, so, with that,

What is he over/under on when roger inevitably goes back to prison and PBF goes broke? Seriously there should be a betting line on Roger going back to he big house, because he just pathetic enough to make it a certainty.

Roger can babble all he wants, Pacquiao is in the ring fighting. Pacquiao is this generations "Ali" and that could easily have been Floyd legacy had he not been a idiot out of the ring.

Roger should shut up and focus on emulating some of what Pacquiao has accomplished by not being a public parasite.

when was those comments happen? can you give me the time line? *****s still living in the past. There are videos RECENTLY that Manny would take the test between rounds. will take the test anytime. will take the fight anytime.

first negotiation failed because Pac didnt agree to a cut off date that FLoyd wanted. now that Manny is WILLING to fight and TAKE THE TEST ANYTIME WHERE is FLoyd? why not try to re negotiate and prove that Manny is lying right? because Pac had so many interviews lately that he wants to fight Floyd and willing to take the test ANYTIME.

Freddie Roach is ****ing ****** as ****. I've never read any of Roger's theories on fight, but Roach is a ****ing moron. Manny's a bad ass all on his own. Roach even admits he does very little to train fighters...he's mostly their friend...wtf is that? Regaurdless of if he ever fights or beats Mayweather I think is should be well known Pac got here all by himself. Mayweather rode the privileged train, and Manny has been running on the tracks.
