The random KO factor is no where as intrusive as UFC Undisputed, you could be smashing some guy to peices, and as soon as he throws one punch in an exchange it could be all over.
But 1 problem is if you get rocked then when you're stunned you have very little health to stay on your feet with, which can be annoying since most of the time the computer has near half to full whenever they're rocked.
The clinching in the game can be frustrating, most of the time it's half asked clinches your boxer intiates and fails leading to opennings for them, even if you try and time it right, but I guess online would be different than any NPC.
The framerate and input lag is improved upon than it was on the demo at least.
