    Joe Calzaghe....

I know I hear so much about this guy pulling out of fights...

    but put this to mind....

What if he really did get injured?

Evil said he wasn't able to throw the left after the 4th round...
    Maybe he really is injured....

PS. I am not British.....A californian (ThaGreatest)

I like the last part = trust me i'm not British

Calzaghe only threw a few weak lefts to the body after the 4th, he just had to throw jabs and lead right hooks.

I cant really remember Calzaghe pulling out of fights, maybe someone can tell me when he has done it. The only time i remember was the Glen Johnson fight, but they re scheduled the fight for a months later but then Johnson pulled out to fight Jones(cant blame him). Anyone remember another time??

Waiting an extra 2 months isnt a biggie for me.

Obviously it is to other users on this site who now think he is avoiding. Avoiding for an extra 2 months?

So that would mean that Amir Khan is also avoiding people, cos his fight wont be for about another 2 months anyway.

I dont see the big deal with the whole "ducking" situation, its not like Lacys some great fighter, he's good but nothing special. Thats said with no disrespect to Lacy either, i do like him but he's not worth hiding from.

He should never have taken this fight anyway he should have waited 2 extra Months until November. The announcers sounded like they were reading from a script when they started talking about his injury. Even Calzaghe predicted getting injured before this fight. He has never got injured before fighting any of the bums hes ever fought only Glen Johnson and Jeff Lacy.

He is a dangerous fight for Calzaghe if he wasn't Calzaghe would have fought him already.
