NO, no reference to Acosta at all...just saying that Rios seems to underestimate legit opponents. Acosta may be a legit opponent, Ihaven't seen too much of him personally, but to my point................he appears to be the kind of opponent that Rios would underestimate.

I judge a boxer on what they show me in the ring, not what some online bookie or a supposed "expert' has to say.
