i think they are seeing something that has never happend in boxing history... either pac went from a good fighter to one of the greatest within years or pac went from a good fighter to a great one by using something, then all the contradictions and stuff from his camp didnt help

If we listen to Roger Mayweather, he talks about Pacquiao using PED's in a way that makes it sound like it should be obvious to everybody what Manny is using.

For the sake of this, let's assume it as correct that Pacquiao's camp has agreed to a 14 day testing deadline, but Mayweathers wants potential random testing right up to the day of the fight.

What is it that the Mayweather's seem to believe Pacquiao is using, that he can wait two weeks before the fight to start?

There is nothing to understand. That's their opinion...

I realize it is their opinion, but, that opinion has garnered some support, and seems to have been a significant factor in a potential blockbuster fight not happening.

For an opinion to have that kind of impact, shouldn't it have a logical basis behind it??

My question to all the PED supporters, why is it all fighters looking to fight Floyd need to be subjected to Olympic style testing, but none of other fighters who are fighting a Mayweather Promoted fighter (Jessie Vargas, Said Ouali etc)are not requested to take the same random style testing, could they not be taking PED's
