the biggest reason matthysse is a mistake for alexander is because he spars with one of the best southpaws in the world. Sergio Martinez.

I challenge you and anyone else to watch that fight with me and find me more than 4 rounds you can give Devon.

He was jabbed at will, all night long and just hit NOTHING. he was either screaming while hitting the air, or Kotelniks gloves. he lost the boxing match on the outside and kotelnik got the best of every exchange.

What fight were you watching? It was effective accurate work vs sloppy frantic work and somehow only Harold Ledermen was dumb enough to give that to Alexander on the HBO team.

Even with all of his air flurries compubox still favored kotelnik heavily.

I watched the fight Devon struggled against a good boxer and still came out on top, you watched the fight where before it started you had it in your mind Devon was going to lose.

Nah, i saw the fight with my own eyes and Kotelnik was robbed

Alexander was hitting fresh air most of the night, while Kotelnik was landing almost at will, especially with left hands.

Devon is lucky that fight was in St Louis, coz anywhere else and he's going home with the 'L'.

Kotelnik showed Devon up, yet didn't win a minute of the fight against Khan.

            And i stand by what i said, Khan's resume >>>>>>> Devon's resume.

            Khan >>>>>>> Devon in general.

lol ok buddy, Khan was busier, Kotelnik was more accurate against him. Khan lost some rounds, but it was in Manchester, I'm not trying to argue anymore.its useless. bottom line is Khan got knocked out by a nobody and Maidana took his balls, and if Maidana gives then back he might fight Tim, then he will get exposed again, by an overall better boxer. Bradley will then be the first undisputed light Welter since Kosta.

''but it was in Manchester'' And your point is?

Khan schooled Kotelnik in Manchester, and Devon relied on home cooking in St Louis.

''he will get exposed again, by an overall better boxer''

                That quote right there, bookmarked.

Put it this way, if Khan did lose to Bradley, i'd bet my left nut he'd go out on his shield trying to win the fight.

Unlike ya boi, he won't look for an easy way out with a ***** move.

                ''it burns, it burns'' LOL

Devon hands are just as quick as Khans overated hand speed, better foot work, chin, better jab. Devon 1 time unified world champ, 1 loss to Bradley, Khan 1 loss under 1 minute

                    Seriously dude? Better jab? LOL

Devon has one of the most laughable jabs in the sport, it's a slow ass telegraphed paw if anything.

Hands are just as quick? LOL

Better footwork? Where was this amazing footwork you speak of in his last 2 fights?

And btw, the text in your sig is oh so ironic about now LOL

see this is where a little experience in the game like Zab has and he knows how to play the situation to his advantage at raising his stock and getting another big fight. these young fighters generally rubbish their opponent even when they have beaten them...case in point khan after the maidana fight said he didnt hit that hard...he should have said the total opposite for so many reasons, but they struggle to see the bigger picture at times and let their ego take over.

i think zab is right though about devon, he doesnt want this fight now after looking pedestrian level againt bradley and kotelnik
