I concur maybe he's just as athletic as a young Oscar.

c'mon man... as you go up in weight, the speed of the boxers decrease... for nonito to be that fast at the lower weights tells you he's really fast.

also, as you go up in weight, the power of the boxers increase... but nonito has shown remarkable power even going up in weight... while rjj lost some pop on his way up.

RJJ is more athletic but Donaire is technically more sound. RJJ also took roids so that helped him become more athletic.

Let's all just say Donaire was the best of all time after this win!!!!!!!!!!

Are not. It's almost sickening the hype after this win. I didn't know much about either two, but as soon as I started watching I cold tell who was going to win. Donaire was way bigger.

Im starting to like Donaire, but jesus people. Calm the fuck down. He's not as athletic or as good as RJJ. TS, Im not talking about your style comparison so dont get butt hurt.

Similarity was about how they were brought up. Their dads got them to box and gave them fundamentals. One is done with the sport while the other is still up and coming.

Donaire is much better than RJJ, who can't KO any solid opponent. His technical skills, smartness, combinations are much superior to RJJ's skills. Beating up bums as RJJ did is not the same KOing best boxers.
