Same thing with Cotto when he didn't fight in the East Coast. I wonder why?!?
When it came to step it up in the Main Stage he didn't have it, TWICE! Now he needs a way beyond past prime fighter to do it.

Margs is past his prime but he is not shot and he showed me that against Pac. I saw in that fight a better version of Margs then i saw against Clottey which was in 06 i believe.

He has taken a tremendous amount of punishment from strong punchers in three of his last four fights. Even though he beat Cotto, he still got hit a ton of times.

If he's not shot, then he is damn close. Fighters who use their chins as their best line of defence get old fast. Does he even have reflexes left?

                    100%. still a serviceable fighter
would be deserving of paydays if he never loaded his gloves

but his best days are behind him

he's made a living taking a beating in victory and defeat

his face was broken by a much smaller man in his last fight

he's still a live dog against cotto, who is still in trouble if he backs up to the ropes agasint margarito
but his best wins are behind him

To be honest I never thought that much of him, but certainly he was pretty good at his best but to me those days are long ago and never coming back for a fighter like him.

It was never going to be a run of longevity for him anyways but if you liked him celebrate his good times not what he does currently.
