no 1 has beat a champion for it since floyd......forrest got it againt baldo (how i dont know),was stripped then it was handed to sergio,he was forced to vacate..then manny and margo(2 fighters who didnt even fight in that division)fought for it at a catchweight...manny dropped it..now hatton and alverez(2 more fighters who dont fight in that division)are fighting for it at yet another catchweight/..

Its the most lack luster division in boxing. Nobody really pays it much attention as a whole so its easy to slip it under the public's nose.
