i'd say steward cuz his resume of championship fighters is far superoir to roach and mayweather. also i feel like steward is more adaptable with fighters. when i watch roach guys they all look the same and mayweather only has one real protege

roach has a good stable.

steward has a poor stable.

roach imho is the best cause he doesn't try to change his boxers, he just works with his boxers to get the most out of their best.
