as you can see a guy from Montiel's team was there BEFORE the gloves were put on.

and from what I know if an opposing team is not in the dressing room by a certain time they can tell the trainer to start wrapping. The only time they cannot start wrapping hands is if there is no commission present. Having a rep from the opposing team is recommended and encouraged but not 100% required

not how it went. donaires gloves was done before the montiel guy was sent to watch. the montiel guy came to tell donaire to do it OVER AGAIN. before he came the 1st set were pretty much done. thats why he asked for him to do it over.....thats when the fight broke out.

also commissioners = squat. in that case marg never loaded his gloves
