                  as you can see a guy from Montiel's team was there BEFORE the gloves were put on.

                  and from what I know if an opposing team is not in the dressing room by a certain time they can tell the trainer to start wrapping. The only time they cannot start wrapping hands is if there is no commission present. Having a rep from the opposing team is recommended and encouraged but not 100% required
