Haye already ducked Chambers to fight old shot bum Barrett.

Chambers is a very good fighter, he has a much better resume than that cherry picking coward David "The Ducker" Haye.

    Notable wins:

    Samuel Peter
    Calvin Brock
    Alexander Dimitrenko
    Dominick Guinn
    Derric Rossy 2x

    Losses:

    Wladimir Klitschko
    Alexander Povetkin

Chambers KOs the glass chinned Haye and schools the regressing Povetkin in a rematch.

This would be an interesting fight, there's something about two 220 pound heavyweights fighting each other that gets me interested in the fight.

To be fair Barrett was his 2nd fight in the division plus Chambers isn't good enough to be a world champ pure and simple. Stop acting like he is that good in any other HW era he would be a stepping stone at best.

Alot of you have tunnel vision. You can't see past a Klitschko v Haye matchup in the HW division. Chambers v. Haye would be a great matchup. Chambers has more skill, speed, better chin and resume than the Hayemaker. Who is Haye to pick and choose his opponets before he retires? Haye has the advantage in his mouth. He goes on and on about American heavies being bums. Here is an American heavy that is not a bum and just the right size for you.
Whomever compared Jermaine Taylor to David Haye needs to have his laptop taken away. You can say alot of things about Jermaine but he didn't duck anyone.

I agree with this assessment. Chambers v. Haye would be a very good fight. Both would come in around 210. Haye would have the power advantage, but Chambers is a much better pure boxer, better conditioned with a better chin. Speed would be pretty even but I think Haye would have all sorts of problems hitting Chambers, who is very slick.
