No. Cortez just didn't allow Ricky to get away with his usual bs, because the Mayweather camp knew that's what he'd try to do. Just look at the Kosta fight. That fight was a DISGRACE in officiating if I ever saw it. Floyd's camp wasn't going to allow that to happen, and I say kudos to them.
