Because MP and Bob Arum are contracted with ShowTime and Berto is sponsored and bred by HBO. Therefore, there will always be a rift on who will air and sponsor this match, if ever.

This, aside from the fact that Berto fought nobodies.

they don't have an exclusive contract with showtime.

manny can fight on hbo next if he wants. just depends on the deal.
