Yes...and then he came to America in 1993 at the age of 10, became an American citizen, and has lived here for 18 years.

He's in the category of "American sportspeople of Filipino descent"...

He considers himself an American-Filipino, not a Filipino-American.

He's both American and Filipino.. to say he isn't American though is just ******.

You may not be American because you're not a citizen, difference is, he is.

I'm also an American Filipino, difference is I was born in the USA, he was naturalized. Doesn't matter though.

I'm pretty sure he's proud to be Filipino, but he also has the pride of the red, white, and blue.

that 1st video of munoz and donaire training shows the ENORMOUS gap between an elite mma fighters "striking" compared to an elite boxers striking

they arent and will never be anywhere close to the striking skill level of world class boxers...munoz is a contender at 185 and has been fighting for years and STILL doesnt know the proper way to throw a basic left hook

even donaire who weighs 70lbs less can **** 100x harder than him

go look at the side by side comparison video of GSP and pacquiao at wild card if you want a good laugh...and gsp is the #1/2 p4p fighter in the sport lol

also anderson silva who is the best striker in MMA got owned at wild card while sparring with some journeyman
