The level of ******ation is strikingly high with this one, folks.

    - Hopkins lost two close decisions to Taylor, many ringside observers thought he won the fight. Winning a close decision does not equal taking someone to school, you bloody moron.

    - Pascal managed to run away with a draw in his hometown. Aside from the knockdowns, Hopkins dominated the entire fight, and clearly won a comfortable points decision.

Are saying that only Hopkins fans belong to this forum?

I don't about which ringside observers you are talking about, but Taylor decisioned Hopkins clearly, Taylor is chinny and looked like hurt, but that doesn't mean he lost.

Hopkins didn't win clearly by points, I can say that he won, but not enough to claim that he was robbed. Beside KD rounds Pascal needed only 3 rounds for a draw, which is easily can be given to him in early rounds.

                Here you go
The Welshman is prepared to travel to the US to face the world's No1 middleweight Bernard Hopkins in a career-defining fight.

Joe Calzaghe "This is the fight I have wanted above all others for the last few years," he said, "and it is the one the boxing world wants." "I have no problems taking the fight on his territory," said the 31-year-old Calzaghe. "My message to him is: 'You want it, you got it.' He can have it anywhere and any time."

Hopkins' promoter Don King and Calzaghe's backer Frank Warren reached agreement for a fight last year, and the US television station Showtime was prepared to underwrite the event. But after a $3m (£1.8m) payday had been agreed, the fight fell through when Hopkins doubled his purse demands.
Who is the ducker? He knew that he can't beat Calzaghe, that's why he demanded higher purse to duck him.

Not really. I'm not a big fan of his resume at MW, or his later resume. Very weak MW division that he dominated in, and you could give legitimate arguments against his bigger wins later on with regard to fighting smaller guys.

Oh and Pascal is a joke of a fighter FYI. But I do give Hopkins credit for winning that "high level" fight at his age.

Then again though, my argument could be very biased because I hate B-Hop as a fighter and as a person.

Bernard Hopkins's 10 year MW reign was the most horrible and boring as* reign in the history of boxing. Hopkins is guilty for stinking out boxing.

When did you start watching boxing? Hopkins scored a knockdown and lost a close points decision.

                      Where was the whooping?

                      You delusional ****.
i notice that LOTS of people on here consider close decision victories to be whoopings/schoolings. for example....the time cotto whooped/schooled mosley with his dominating 115-113 (right?) points win
