It's sad to me as well. It reminds me of Louis-Marciano in a way. I just don't like watching legends get put in against a murderers, regardless of how much of a chance Morales believes he has. It's already been 5 years since Pac knocked him out twice and people believed Terrible was past it by then. Five years later he's put in against a monstrous puncher in Maidana weight-classes above his prime.

Morales was getting hammered by david diaz 4 or 5 years ago. Just imagine what a cold bloodied killer is gonna do to him now.

Out of all the young guns out there, this is the best fight for Morales. I'm not saying he's going to win.

                  Very sad.
fight should not be happening, but morales and his team have a deathwish.

Maidaina is a very gnarly fighter and I do believe he has the edge. But, Morales will take this very seriously. Expect a very in shape Morales and extremely focused with a game plan. I think Morales, unlike Khan, has the power to keep Maidaina honest. He will land punches that make Maidaina think about rushing in. Remember, Morales did very well against David Diaz, he just didn't win it. But Morales was in that fight big time, even dropping Diaz. We'll have to wait and see but I expect a competitive fight here. Maidaina can be hurt, we all know that.

call me crazy but I just can't see Marcos Maidana beating Erik Morales, I understand Erik is older now and way past his prime but in a shoot fight like how the Maidana fight would turn out to be I don't think he would lose. Morales has been active and has a new found hunger which is something he stopped showing since the Zahir Raheem loss, I honestly think El Terrible can pull this off

I'm going to put 20$ on him just to take a quick gamble, I gotta take full advantage of those odds u feel me El Terrible is a live under dog right now, those 20$ can win me 300$ easily, I could basically turn a dub of piff into an ounce of piff. I'm also accepting ODDS BETS ONLY because lets be honest here we know that Erik winning is a textbook long shot but to me? I'm a risk taker so I gotta pick my boy Erik, any takers?
