Ufc appeals more to the younger crowd these days.A lot of wild people go there to watch the fights and also college kids.

Boxing needs to step up their game
        THIS.

And the sport can, but few seem to want to.

The UFC went belly up in the 90s after being a fringe sport which was considered 'human c*ck-fighting', was bankrupt and now look at them. Centralized authority and control has made the UFC the marquee brand in fight sports and has exposed Boxing as a circus run by the clowns.

This is coming from someone who considers himself a hardcore Boxing fan with little more than a passing interest in MMA btw.

I'm pretty sure boxing will change its game once Floyd and Manny retire. The closest thing they'd have as a cash cow in America is Donaire who still rather represents the Philippine flag. Then you've got Amir Khan in the UK, Canelo in Mexico, Juanma in Puerto Rico...

Everyone else popular is pretty damn old or shot like Cotto, B-Hop, Mosley, JMM, and the Klitschkos.

I'm amazed boxing is still around since the way MMA has taken over sports sections in papers and magazine stands.
