Quintana is crafty but has a weak chin and midsection. He would probably give Angulo problems for a couple of rounds before being ko'ed by the middle rounds.

Quintana is washed up..Even thou Quintana was clearly winning his last fight, he still looked like crap against a Tomato Can.. Angulo is slow & has NO defense, but eventually Quintana will fold like a taco & give up!!

I wouldnt say he lacks heart, but he certainly lacks focus. He doesnt train nearly enough outside the ring and keeps coming into fights rusty and unprepared.

too bad too, probably could have been more successful in the division if he had more focus.

Lets also keep in mind that Quintana is really too small for 154 and Angulo comes into fights sometimes close to 170.
