So has Arum ruled out Lopez-Gamboa for 2011? Because obviously after Salido that's what he should be doing.

Gamboa just beat Mtagwa after Juanma beat him... but then again you know how Bob Arum is...

Truthfully, this just isn't true. With his fight with Ronald Hearns, Felix Sturm has already trumped Lopez. Not to mention that the rematch was Rafael Marquez' idea.

Aside from that, he's a smaller guy. He has to buil dup a base before a big fight.

You can do it two ways. Either you beat everyone and become the best, with no one left. Or, you both keep building (Gamboa and Lopez, in this case) and you let them beat everyone but themselves.

Nope? I guess you didn't see the fight... Salido got abused and knocked out. The only reason why it didn't count as such is because Gamboa acted like a bytch and hit him on the floor when he was already out, and the ref did the correct thing by letting Salido all the required time in the world to rest and get up again.

Gamboa beat Salido so badly that he won a wide UD even by having a point deducted for a flash KD and two points for doing his dirty move. In the later rounds Salido was desperate and scared, you could see it in his eyes.

During the whole fight, Salido was being hit at will and even the commentators were saying the poor dude was just overmatched... Don't try to discredit Gamboa just in case your boy look bad, again...

Btw, I dont blame Juanma for this shiet, I blame Arum... I hate this old man. However, I would appreciate if Juanma would be more like Gamboa and starts criticizing his promoter and asking for the fight already.. Gamboa at least is mad at Arum for not giving him the fight, Juanma seems to be cool with it.

Anyone who knows about boxing knows that the biggest cherrypicker in boxing for the last 5 years has been Julio Cesar Chavez Jr.
