this we both agree on. but agbeko and mares are definitely more proven at the weight. thats my point. i think ppl may want to see what type of noise koki can make there b4 jumping the gun. i think he'll be fine. he has world class talent, contrary to what the knuckleheads on here say. its just a a question of if hes matured enuff.

FYI and for those who doesn't know yet, Nonito started out as a bantamweight. He's got more than 13 or more fights as a bantam already...

Yeah, like last five year lay off from bantam weight division 2005 then came back at 2010.

"Lay-off" is not the right word I believe, because he kept himself busy, although at the lighter weight classes. He kept himself in shape, and all it takes is to "make" 112 or 115 for a few seconds, then he rehydrates back to his normal walking weight, which we usually see on fight night, and I'm pretty certain he weighs more than 118 lbs. on most of his flyweight and superfly fights. One thing I admire about Jun-Jun is he doesn't seem affected by the weight reduction he makes to make the weight limit on his fights, while we hear people whining how Pacquiao dried out Cotto like a prune were all Team Pacquiao asked for was for him to come in at 145, which was just a pound less than when he fought Margarito. Same thing with Antonio, who's been a lifetime welterweight who couldn't seem to make 147 anymore, probably due to his long lay-off. Pacquiao did him a favor by upping it to 150 without giving up too much of an advantage to Margo, Sulaiman smelled easy money and has a Jr. Middleweight belt lying somewhere, Bob Arum took the bait hook, line and sinker and managed to market the ppv fight by saying Pac is fighting for his 8th belt in the same number of divisions, and voila! Lots and lots of Benjamins for all parties!
