Sorta. Arum thought Cotto was done; he was firmly expecting Yuri Foreman to outbox him. Wrong.

Now Arum is riding the mother****er 'till the wheels fall off. Turned down tough/excellent fights against Angulo, Cintron, and Martinez to cash in on a PPV Cotto/Margarito II.

If Floyd doesnt show up and Marquez doesn't sign with Top Rank, we may very well see Pac/Cotto II in the fall. I'm sure Arum is thinking "Why ****in not?"
