like i said before, donaires hip rotation is amazing, not only does it generate massive power, it's the proper way to throw a hook or any punch with body weight behind it.

even a strong jab should have a little bit of hip action to it for reach and snap, it's very subtle, but the power comes from the ground, the feet up. doanire taps into that extremely well..........

throwing a punch should have the same mechanics as some other sports that draw a lot of power, like baseball, pitching and batting, the stance to the hips, from the hips the real power comes in, right out the fist at the end of the punch.

like a pitcher on the rubber, or a batter turing on a inside pitch and taking it deep, it all comes from the hips.

          donaire is going places.........

Asians aren't good athletes unless they're on steroids.

I feel sorry for you trying to explain the sweet science to causal boxing fans who don't appreciate the arts. No matter how much you try they can't just comprehend.

there's like 2 billion chinese people and only 2 good boxers...Nonito and Pac.

                      And they both use steroids.

therefore logic dictates Asians are sub-standard athletes.
