    #11
The new IBF ratings came out, they have Povetkin back in at #15:

CHAMPION : Wladimir Klitschko - Ukraine

1 Eddie Chambers - United States
    2 NOT RATED
    3 Tomasz Adamek - Poland
    4 Ruslan Chagaev - Uzbekistan
5 Chris Arreola - United States
    6 Samuel Peter - Nigeria
    7 Robert Helenius - Finland
8 Maurice Harris - United States
9 Tony Thompson - United States
    10 Kali Meehan - Australia
    11 Denis Boytsov - Russia
12 Derrick Rossy - United States
13 Jonathon Banks - United States
    14 Alexander Dimitrenko - Ukraine
    15 Alexander Povetkin - Russia

I like to see Arreola-Peter in the eliminator for the #2 position.

      #12
Chambers is back at #1 already?

I'd rather see Wlad fight Arreola or Helenius. Eddie has no chance.

He's in the #1 position, but he won't be declared the mandatory until he defeats the #2 ranked fighter.

Sam Peter will be fighting someone for that spot, probably Maurice Harris but I'd prefer Thompson, Helenius or Arreola.

Whoever wins will enter the #2 position, and then fight Chambers to determine the next IBF mandatory.
