Then he has losses on his resume. He ain't no 41-0, therefore he's a bum.

That was not his agenda before his fight against Arturo Gatti. The reason why he started acting like that is because he realized that no matter what he does, people will always hate him.

a boxer that everyone would like has to have these qualities:

        1) have no ethnicity, or have every ethnicity
        2) be a gentleman and a thug at the same time
        3) he has to compromise to never compromise
        4) oh yeah, he has to box a little bit too

They have to die or be diagnosed with cancer. Knocked out atleast once. And undefeated...........And all their victories have to be against nobody's favorite fighter

I think he is a guy that most can get behind.
The jab Cotto works behind is used to get inside more than anything. Cotto's thing is his big left hook to the liver, I can't compare a jab from a guy like Cotto to a guy like Sergei.

I can't get over Sergei's jab. I've had it written in that signature for over a year but that punch is the best-timed fastest and most accurate punch I've ever really witnessed. You won't find the mix of speed, power and most importantly, timing, that Sergei possesses in that punch. It's quite unbelievable.

What makes it so dangerous is how little energy he expends, and how much damage it can potentially inflict. The consequences of allowing Sergei to last even three rounds would be deadly.

He would be a fighter who is 1/4 Mexican, 1/4 Puerto Rican, 1/4 Filipino, 1/4 African American from Europe.

He would have the left hook of Tito.
The over hand right of Mayorga.
The Hook to the body of Ward/ Chavez Senior.
              The jab of Larry Holmes.
              The defense of Whitaker/ Floyd.
              The workrate of Pac.
              The chin of Margarito.
              The business sense of Hoya.
and speak English, Spanish, and Filipino language.

Have to fight 3 times a year and not fight for money just to make the fans happy and take whatever tests show he is clean and not the weak tests

It might be hard to make everyone like you but majority of the people like Ali or atleast respect him. I'm not sure it's impossible to have a guy like that. The reason why Pacquaio hasn't achieved this is because of Floyd. If he somehow gets Floyd in the ring and beats him I think he might achieve the respect that Ali has.

The majority liked Ali after his career was done, and I dont necessarily mean when he retired. At the prime of his career he was one of the most hated and mostly by Americans. Pac is a lot closer than Ali in his prime.
