Exactly.. So OST the way it is as of right now.. is pointless. I believe OST 365 days of the year.. esp. during off-times (while not in training for a fight), may be the best way to catch 'cheaters'.

way more? 3 more to be exact and at a much lighter weight than what he is right now

so while you have said Conte has been on record with saying he knows what can and cannot be done with testing, Donaire too has been on record with saying he will take any kind of testing and at anytime

Hey I like Donaire and he's a great technically sound fighter but that was a Mike Tyson Heavyweight punch, like those pics clearly show, he dented Montiel's face with 1 punch. And damn are we to just assume Victor Conte is on the straight and narrow? As fans yeah it was exciting and we got to say oooohhh ahhhh at the KO but where is all this "power" coming from, hell Donaire could probably move up and KO Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, and Margarito!

Check my stats, I'm the biggest OST/PED guy on NSB. But Donaire is willing to do 24 7/365 testing. If he'd done a Manny I'd agree with you, but the guy is willing to be tested.
